Don't Say A Word

"Don't Say A Word" rated R
What a good thriller. Confusing at first; which makes you wonder how they will tie it all together.
Preeminent New York psychiatrist Dr. Nathan Conrad has a successful practice, a beautiful wife and a charming daughter. Making his way home for the Thanksgiving holiday, Conrad is summoned by a colleague to examine a young woman. Elisabeth Burrows presents a history of unexplained violence, failed treatments and misdiagnoses. In short, the kind of case Nathan used to live for before he went 'uptown.' Now he is Elisabeth's last chance before she is shipped off to a state institution. Nathan's skills and intuition begin to make headway into Elisabeth's case. Little does Nathan suspect that Elisabeth is tied to a danger that has closed in on him and his family. Nathan's daughter has been kidnapped by ruthless thieves, and to save her he must somehow unlock a 6-digit number locked away in Elisabeth's troubled mind. With his daughter's captors watching his every move, Nathan is constantly reminded: if he wants to see his daughter alive, he dare not say a single word.
This movie is along the lines of "Rear Window" and Fatal Attraction" meaning lots of action.

Training Day "Training Day" rated R
A cop thriller starring Denzel Washington as a REALLY evil cop, Sgt. Alonzo Harris, hardened by the years of catching criminals. This is his most evil role yet, but he does an excellent job.
Harriis is training a rookie cop, John Yoyte played by Ethan Hawke to be on his elite narcotics squad. They ride around town (LA) in a customized Cadillac and Jake finds his deadly routine full of violence, murder, theft and lots of treachery. A good thriller, lots of violence.. Supporting roles played by Tom Berenger, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Scott Glenn. This film is directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by David Ayer.

Bandits . "Bandits" rated pg-13
Was hysterical. .
The true story of a trio of fugitives--two bank robbers and the woman they both love. When the suave irresistible Joe and his hypochondriac partner, Terry, escaped from prison, they cut a swath from Oregon through California, robbing banks in order to finance their scheme for a new--and somewhat legitimate life--south of the Border. In their wake, they leave a trail of chaos, disguises, wrecked automobiles -and an adoring public- while fleeing from the law. Their operation is running smoothly until they have an unexpected run-in with Kate, who is drawn to the thieves as a way to escape her ordinary life. Together Joe and Terry are the most successful bank robbers in U.S. history. To Kate, they also combine to make the perfect man. Things get more complicated when the police and media assume that Kate is their hostage and organize a massive manhunt to save her from the clutches of Joe and Terry.
A cross between bonnie and clyde and butch cassidy and the sundance kid. Written by Harley Peyton and directed by Barry levinson this is a must see.
