Altrusa is an international organization of business and professional leaders who volunteer their energies and expertise to projects dedicated to the betterment of their community.
Membership in Altrusa International, Inc. is an honor and granted by invitation only from a club based in the local community.
There are over 450 local clubs in 19 countries with over 14,000 members. Local clubs are grouped geographically into 15 districts worldwide. Fostoria is located in District Five which includes Ohio, the lower peninsula of Michigan, and southeastern Ontario, Canada.
