Arrangements can be made with the Seneca Commission on Aging
Transportation (SCAT) for clients who are in need of a ride. A
nominal fee is charged for one-way or round trips. You can
contact SCAT at 419-448-0001. SCAT is located in Tiffin.
- Communi Van
-
Is an affordable, accessible transportation to medical services
within Fostoria, Ohio. This is not emergency
transportation. Communi Van is open Monday through Friday
between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Trips are scheduled on a first-come,
first-served basis. At least a 24 hour in advance scheduling
notice should be made. Communi Van telephone number is
419-436-6634. The Communi Vans are provided by Fostoria Community
Hospital.
